It seems you like Hiarcs very much. And not without reason. Hiarcs is another brilliant program and it's analysis is very trustworthy. It is on the same level of Shredder or Fritz or Junior. The only tiny problem for me with Hiarcs is it has not enough aggressive play, so some times in it's analysis it misses some moves which lead to obtain the initiative. This with Hiarcs 9 has almost disappeared but of course it continues to have a non-attacking style. And it is a program that some positions in the endgame where Fritz/Shredder and other evaluate as a win, Hiarcs knows immediately it's a draw. > > >>It understands ~35% of the >>positions MUCH better and much quicker from Chess Tiger 15.0 and from others. > >Tiger 15 is not anymore state of the art. the program is old. >We have to wait for tiger16. > > >>Only Deep Fritz's 8 analysis is comparable with Shredder's 8. > >i do disagree here. After they bought hiarcs9 they can buy shredder8 :-)) As i didn't spent enough time with Hiarcs Bareev, what is your opinion about it comparable with Hiarcs 9? Is it more defensive, less stronger....?
