Yes, it's a good program.  Lightning games are games under 3minutes per side for
the entire game.

Right now im playing with these settings

cm_parm opp=103 opn=99 opb=99 opr=101 opq=101 myp=103 myn=99 myb=99 myr=101
myq=101 mymob=100 myks=90 mypp=105 mypw=105 opmob=100 opks=90 oppp=105 oppw=105
avd=-1 sel=11 tts=33554432 ttu=7

It seems to be just a little better than default settings.  Im sure it could be
tweaked more, but it's hard to run a big tourney in winboard.  I may set a
tourney up in arena and post results here if anyone is interested.
