An even greater danger is the tragic event of running out of superlatives. How is anyone going to engage in some good, old-fashioned hyperbole without a big steaming bucket of red-hot superlatives? There are indications that the world's supply of superlatives is being consumed at such a rapid pace that soon the entire supply will be stripped from the face of the planet. Imagine if you will, an advertizing executive who wants to let people know about the wonderful, crunchy, corn flavor of "Sugar Coated Bloaties" but there are no superlatives left! Will he be reduced to adverbs?! One weeps at the mere notion.
