Say Hydra is better then PC chess programs which it could be, but I doubt it will be over 100 elo better. That is a bunch of money to shell out for not much gain. A 8 way box alone must be well over $10,000 8 FPGA Cards....................... ?????? It won't be free. Total cost..........................$15,000 maybe
