There seems to be two different kinds of engines (please correct me if I'm wrong). The fast searchers (tactical), and the slower(more knowledge, slower search) positional engines. I know that Winboard engines are somewhat weaker than the commercial ones. I was wondering which of these engines (freeware) is more positional. Anybody know? I don't really mind if it is a bit weaker.
