There was a huge bitch session on the WAMD64 newsgroup about this.

AMD has has the Opteron/FX out for 9 months.  No Windows OS for it.

The *DAY* Intel releases their Xeon64, Windows 64 will be released.

It's all about M-O-N-E-Y.
