up to 5x the time...  but it depends on how far the score drops.  IE you can
fail low on a positional problem, I shoot for 2x there to repair the damage, but
if I am losing material, I go up to 5x.  If you lose material, you are losing
the game, so it is better to try to save it now rather than later.
