I think that "conceptually" he is correct.  CCT stands to become much more
important than the Paderborn event.  Just count the number of participants.
Count the number of countries represented.  Count the _new_ blood that is
encouraged by a competition they can actually afford to attend.  If you are
taking issue with "the small world of Europe" that's a different story, of
course, but CCT is no longer an event to ignore...

Regardless of what a "few" might say, of course...
