Subject: Tal - Fischer inquiry

After reading through Tal-Botvinnik 1960 and the rematch, I have come to the
conclusion that Fischer idolized Tal. Every opening that Tal investigated so did
Fischer especially during Fischer's World Championship run. When Tal died it was
no small surprise that Fischer decided to jump now in 1992. What is your opinion
about this? Also think about Botvinnik and Karpov; the same protege no doubt.
