Qh4 is the problem keeping quiesce from seeing. So, change the definition
of quiesce to allow moves that significantly change king safety, create
a mate threat or a mate threat with an opponent piece en-pris (the B on g2).
The risk is a blow up of the quiesence search. But, there may be a heuristic
that works. I see potential in the last suggestion of mate threate with
opponent piece en-pris.
