I am interested to know what is the level of programs in correspondence chess
and to play with a program is the only way to find out.

I am not sure about it because part of the players do not use computers and many
players that use computers do not use the best program(I was one of them when I
used Junior4.6) or do not give the computer many hours per move.

I can give it more time than part of the opponents because I am playing only in
1 tournament in correspondence chess.

I am sure that it is not good enough to be the champion of Israel but it may be
good enough to have 4.5 out of 6 in the 3/4 final and to be in the final.

I meant that I will let it play in a more intelligent way because I do not trust
the theory but I do not want to give the computer to calculate without
knowledge.

I think to let the computer to play in the 3/4 final
I did not do it in all the games of the 1/2 final because I did not let it play
in the right way in the 1/2 final and I did not play with the right program.

I also had a strong opponents in the 1/2 final and was afraid because of this
reason to use only the computer.

2 players are playing in the final of a previous competition and one of them
lost against Junior4.6

Another player was in the past in the final and another player is playing in the
3/4 final and is also very strong.

I hope there will be a significant improvement in Junior5 before 1.7.99
otherwise I think that chessmaster6000 is a better candidate to play.
