You must assume when he said 20 minutes he meant from the position before 22.
Nf3 as it's in the plan. To see Nf3 is stunning. Feed it into your engine and
you'll see what I mean. But he must have thought about Qxe6+ when playing 22.
Nf3 since the sac on the Queenside. He may have re-checked his calc after
22....bxa3.

I think a program could find it, however it may take a while, a long while.

The Qxe6+ I'm sure most will find white won by then anyway.
