AFAIK yes. I once came to the same question and was given that info. I cannot remember if I have crosschecked it, using logfile infos. Btw. I'm using the configuration version with the personalities in text files. It seems recommendable to me. (Previously, a version with parameter values directly in the Wb2Uci.eng didn't work correctly for me.) Below are my Wb2Uci.eng for The King, and some example for personality texts.
