I believe that the principal move here for Shredder is 1...Nf6 most of the time, but, hey, it is quite possible that book learning has steered Shredder 8 into trying 1...g6, right? About HT, that is surely hyper-threading, but I see no sense in using it with permanent brain on. Frank, come on, bear in mind that your new dual cannot cope with the threads you're imposing on it, although I must admit they look impressive from the user's point of view :-) Djordje
