I'm not so sure. Here is the line that CM_SKR chooses after 28.Bd3 (it starts
out very similarly to your 28...Rxf4 line above, except CM throws 28...c2+ in
first):
28...c2+ 29.Kc1 Rxf4! 30.Nxh4 Bg4 31.Ng6+ Kg8 32.Nxf4 Nxe5! 33.dxe5 Kf8 34.Rf1
Ke8 35.Nxd5 Qh6+
And at this White is only up a pawn and both Kings are very open. Here's the
position after the above line:
[D]2r1k3/p7/7q/3NP3/1P4b1/P2B2R1/2p3P1/2K2R2 w - - 0 36
Sorry that I'm nattering on about this game, but I find it particularly
