Where can we find this "Chris Wittington" fellow?  : )

My friend gave the CD to me [shrink-wrapped and all "legal-like" in appearance]
because he had his own copy and he felt that it had some nice user-friendly
features.  I have not yet taken the time to play with the program and examine it
thoroughly, although hopefully there will be some good ideas in there somewhere.
 As a user, I'm always on the lookout for good new user-friendly features but
hate to be the victim of illicit software.  What if my computer crashes?  Who do
I go to for support?
