time and depth is no part of the pgn-standard. Everything that is in {} has to
be recognized as comments - so it's more ChessBase to blame here that it does
not include the comments. (Anyway I wont blame them, because the PGN-Reader of
ChessBase is one of the best around)
With the newer versions of the ChessBase GUI, ChessBase uses a proposal by
Steven Edwars to extend the PGN-standard with information about time, score and
depth. But so far this is not in the standard.
In my opinion one of the main objections of PGN is that it stays readable as is
- also in an ASCII-Editor. To me those new tags seemed not to be readable, so
some changes might need for them until they make it to the standard.
