Let me quote a very strong and famous chessplayer who regrettably has died. When i had an analytical look at a position explaining why i had played it with all kind of plans and reasons why i played it, he told me this: "The plans and reasons are unimportant. Each position is unique. The only thing that matters is which move you play here". I also remember Stefan Meyer Kahlen complaining in paderborn2004 that the mainlines of Shredder in the game Diep-Shredder sucked. Of course i had to remind him that what mattered is that he was winning there. It's the first move that matters...
