Hi! Read please here: http://www.f22.parsimony.net/forum41668/messages/30536.htm Ruffian 2.0.0 have any BUGs and Arena 1.0 too. (this can make difference in the results). The BUGs are now fixed. I seems that Ruffian 2.0.2 (or a other latest new Version of Arena or Ruffian (BUG-Fix) will be stronger with better result in the SSDF List.
