I have received at least a few dozen of these. Others I get are a little less
insidious such as (I'm looking at the last 2-3 which I haven't gotten around to
deleting yet):
Subject: Warning
Message: read the details
Attachment: Norton AntiVirus Deleted1.txt (as you may have guessed, I use Norton
AV which handles this for me)
Content of attachment: Norton AntiVirus removed the attachment: friend.zip.
The attachment was infected with the W32.Netsky.B@mm virus.
Subject: Something for you
Message: from the chatter
Attachment: Norton AntiVirus removed the attachment: document.zl6.
The attachment was infected with the W32.Netsky.B@mm virus.
Subject: unknown
Message: here, the serials
Attachment: Norton AntiVirus removed the attachment: jokes.rtf.zlq.
The attachment was infected with the W32.Netsky.B@mm virus.

P.S. If you don't already have a good anti-virus program, I recommend Norton
among the commercial programs (http://www.symantec.com), or AVG among the free
offerings (http://www.grisoft.com)
