Subject: shredder 8

When I use the infinite analysis mode shredder 8 tends to hangs pieces ,
especially queens . After the first couple of moves the analysis is horrific . I
've complain to Steve Lopez , whose review promted me to buy this program , but
he dismisses my opions . Has any one else experience this with shredder 8 ?
