I don't have any specifics on the Majestic Chess opening book. I'm pretty sure
that it was provided to us by David Kittinger as a binary file and we did not
look much at it.

I took the liberty of doing a very unscientific experiment, and discovered that
forcing the program to make a move 20 times from each of the above five
positions for Black, I got the following results:

First move after 1.e4
-- 1...e5 (13 times)
-- 1...c5 (5 times)
-- 1...c6 (1 time)
-- 1...e6 (1 time)

Second move after 1...c6 2.d4
-- 2...d5 (12 times)
-- 2...g6 (4 times)
-- 2...d6 (2 times)
-- 2...Na6 (2 times)

Third move after 2...d5 3.Nc3
-- 3...dxe4 (13 times)
-- 3...b4 (4 times)
-- 3...g6 (3 times)

Fourth move after 3...dxe4 4.Nxe4
-- 4...Bf5 (11 times)
-- 4...Nd7 (7 times)
-- 4...e5 (1 time)
-- 4...Nf6 (1 time)

Fifth move after 4...Bf5 5.Ng3
-- 5...Bg6 (20 times)

So, given these probabilities, I would be surprised if the program played this
line more than once every twenty games. It would appear as though the likelihood
would be more like once every 100 games.
