Subject: Ruffian settings

With all the talk about whether Ruffian is hampered with ponder on settings, I
am wondering how to disable in via Winboard. There is no option in the cfg file
for it.

Going back to version 1.0.5 there was the option keephash=1 so I am assuming it
you put that to 0, that turns pondering off.

With the newer 2.0.0, 2.0.2, and 2.1.0 this option is missing.

Also is there a way of creating a new book for Ruffian or is the default (4)
books my only options?

Are there any ways of controling opening selection?
