To me it looks like PM resigned in a draw position. My engine (by default) does
not show any reasonable score here, neither. It is not a problem of good rules
for rook pawn(s) and wrong colored B alone. The search can see some Zugzang
sooner or later - but it ends in a stalemate. That stalemate, my engine cannot
detect in quiescence search normally. If I enable that stalemate detection, I
get a 0.0 score.
When I go back in the game, after 61...a3 I already get 0.0.
In a really serious game, Andrew would have disabled resigning. PM would have
drawn easily, then (the scores, it would have shown don't matter - seems easy to
find the drawing moves)
