Not that I'll be participating this year, but I would prefer the 11 round swiss, given those two choices. Wouldn't it make more sense to see how many participants you will have before finalizing the format? For instance, why not leave yourself the option and say that it will either be an 11 round swiss or a round robin, depending upon how many people join? Not that I wish for there to be fewer participants, but that is the way the WCCC has been headed in recent years, and if that trend continues, a round robin may be the best choice, but you won't know that until after the entry deadline.
