Hello, I am modifying my new baby engine so that it "speaks" UCI. I use linux and xboard, so I have written a program that "translates" between xboard and my engine (an adaptor). Two questions. At the moment the adapter is far from complete but good enough for my needs. Would anybody need more general version? Or maybe such an adapter is already available ... I intend to release my engine for Windows in the near future (very early development though). So it would be a UCI-only engine. Would an internal Winboard-protocol support be of any use? In other words (and in reverse), are the Windows adapters (UCI2WB?) good enough? Thanks, Fabien Letouzey.
