This time the question is more clear. I believe that an 11 round Swiss System must be preferred. I think that a Swiss System gets better if more rounds are played. The less rounds played, the more one is dependent on "pairing luck". Therefore an 11 round Swiss tournament will be best in my opinion. Regards, Geert
