Russ, I asssume dr Hyatt is right. don't get tied up assuming a phrase like 'the developer' is not explicated in the contracts mentioned.. But money talks, some company is paying SCO for an avoidance of future litigation. This could mean this company in question is about to be sold so they don't want any footnotes in their financials, or it could signal a sucessful shake-down strategy which can effect alot of little-guy program shops. Admittedly, I have neither the brains nor experience to know.
