I would assume you would therefore agree the post:
http://www.talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?352682 is also off topic and
needed to be removed asap to save all the endless posts after it?

If you were a moderator would you remove a post such as the above as soon as you
saw it and/or as soon as it was brought to your attention?
