Hi Sarah,

After reading all the posts in the thread, I would have to concluded that in
this instance it would be one of the times I would just remove the post, and ask
the thread starter to ask it in the CTF forum, or use google to search for it's
meaning.

Even I am guilty of some pretty borderline [OT] posts such as:

http://www.talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?352104

While it lead to a "computer chess" question, it is pretty borderline.

I believe that judgement has a great deal to do with being a moderator, and not
everything is black or white.. there is an aweful amount of grey.
