Hi Sarah, OK, 1:1 :-) But you have right, games with longer time controls are more interesting but which persons have this time? For me: I am happy if I can visit a 40/10 game to end. In the last times I play with 40/20 and try to one or two games daily. But longer games are not possible, meaning possible but I have no time to visit the games. In this case no interest because I go not on the webpages to the programmers to give my PC the engines and I have only the results. I can see enough results in WWW :-) For me its not very important how strong is the hardware. I played 4 years with my Dual Pentium III 733 MHz, now I have newer hardware but for the next 4 years. Hope you understand what I will say ... For 5 years I public a tournament from Carlos E. A. Drake on Pentium 90 or slower PC. I replay all games from Carlos and have a lot of fun with the work from Carlos. Fast hardware is nice but not all. I am sure we have the same opinion, you are long time tester! Best Frank
