Hmm... are you aware that chess and marriage are opposing things? :-)

You should consider buying a PDA. There are some nice Sony Cliés that could fit
your needs... running Chess Genius or Chess Tiger (or both), and you could turn
off the sound while playing. If you buy a PDA with a built-in camera you could
take some nice photos of your wife too. She will love it.
