I say go with CM6000, it has a very strong engine, maybe even the strongest
(that is in debate right now) Plus it is better for playing chess with all its
personalities you can easily select playing strength or even make your our
player very easily.

I suggest you go for that, or Fritz 5.32 when you can get your hands on it. but
that is about 3 to 4 times more expensive, depending on the country you are from
and where you buy it from. But price does not mean it is a better playing chess
program. Always remember that point. Or I would also suggest Rebel 10.

But if you do not want to spend any money than go with crafty as that is
currently the strongeast freeware engine. That is until the mysterious Voyager
comes out, but not sure whether that will be freeware though.
