I saw a previous post about these 'different' Fritz 8 CDs.  The reason these
look different is that Chessbase signed a distribution deal with this media
company to distribute their software in North America.  There is no difference
at all (aside from a Flash Movie on startup for the distributor) between this
and the North America only version.  You get the same support, 1 yr at
Playchess, etc....
