I find it strange that the following position isn't even found in NCO. After
7...d6 I can't find 8.d3.

[Event "SedatChess"]
[Site "SedatChess"]
[Date "2003.11.25"]
[Round "1.1"]
[White "Player"]
[Black "Player"]
[Result "1/2-1/2"]
[ECO "C90"]
[PlyCount "20"]
[EventDate "1978.??.??"]

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 a6 4. Ba4 Nf6 5. O-O Be7 6. Re1 b5 7. Bb3 d6 8. d3
Na5 9. Nc3 Nxb3 10. axb3 Bg4 1/2-1/2

Also the following move order isn't found in NCO after 1...e5 2. e3 doesn't
exist except by transposition later on. I'm sure there are others but it seems
odd for openings considered standard aren't even considered in the opening
manual that has 544 pages.
