Author: blass uri

8/8/4k2p/N3p1B1/2p1R2K/1p6/p7/2Nb4 w - - 0 1

This position is from an endgame that I composed

solution 7.Rxe5+ Kxe5 8.Bxh6+ Kf6 9.Naxb3 cxb3 10.Nxa2 bxa2 11.Bd2 a1Q 12.Bc3+
Qxc3 with stalemate

computers like the move 7.Naxb3 or Ncxb3
please wait because a program may find Rxe5+ for the wrong reason and changes
its mind.

The initial position was:
2N5/1p1k1qp1/3Pp2P/N1PPpqB1/2p1R1PK/1p6/p7/2Nb4 w - - 0 1
with the solution 1.c6+ bxc6 2.dxc6+ Kxc8 3.d7+ Qxd7 4.cxd7+ Kxd7 5.gxf5 gxh6
6.fxe6+ Kxe6 7.Rxe5+....

8/8/8/1N2k1B1/6K1/pRpp4/1pb5/8 w - - 0 1

This is an endgame composed by suki nahsoni

Solution 1.Rxb2 d2 2.Nxc3 d1Q+ 3.Nxd1 Bxd1+ 4.Re2+ Bxe2 5.Kh4 a2 6.Bh6 Kf6
7.Bd2 a1Q 8.Bc3+ Qxc3

computers prefer 1.Bf4+

Alybadix and Gustav are known to be best in solving problems and I want to know
if it is only for mate(helpmate) problems or also for composed endgames.

Fritz5 is blind in these positions and believe that white is winning.
