Mate in one ply you said? A "quick" analysis with Ruffian 1.05 (to pick one) points to Nxh6 instead of RxN or BxN. I guess this is the typical position where you can play against a weak player and checkmate him/her in a few moves. I doubt it's so easy with a strong engine.
