8_174 was tested at longer time control and the only difference between 8_178
and 8_174 is probably only a small speed improvement.

No change in the evaluation and no change in the search rules unless I have a
bug.

The only reason that I released 8_178 is that I did not like the fact that 8_174
generates logfile as default that it is impossible to unable and when I asked if
to release a new version people asked me to do it.

I did some small changes between 8_174 and 8_178 but no change is in the
evaluation or in the search.

I now tested 174 against 178 in 4 of the nunn match(15 minutes per game) and
here are the games(the first 2 are the same and in the second one 178 could
search slightly deeper at move 29 so it chose a different move).

I hope that the bad results of 174 is only a statistical illusion but I never
can be sure based on the rule that every small change can do the program
significantly weaker.
