I have no idea what kind of rating system they use, but I think it should never
be corrrect. I understand the assymetry in rating delta, but someone should LOSE
ratingpoints. Are you sure that he did not LOSE 11 points instead of a gain of
11 point?
He had a higher rating than you had, so he should be expected to make more than
50%.
