I also was not able to get them using IE, Bob. The way I did it was to use an
ftp program (there are tons out there, just go to www.download.com and pick
one). Then put in ftp://cap.connx.com for the address and tel it you want to log
in anonymously. Then it should be easy to navigate through the directories and
find the file. Hope that helps! Andrew
