What I meant when I said it's easy to solve the problem, is that it's easy to get a computer to play the key moves (to be able to win as white against any possible responses by black.) The game I posted in my first reply was an example game. I just glanced at the Shredder PV, and it looks to me like Shredder won't have any problems winning the position. I see it's a problem from the chessbase page, and they say "You are welcome to use a computer to find the solution. If you succeed by Sunday, March 14 you can..." and using a computer I found what I believe to be the solution in under 2 minutes, so I still feel the problem is easier than I expected.
