Wanted to add, that I hear Chessmaster 9000 has or is in the process of being
ported to OS X and should be out this month. While CM is a nice GUI, for me the
best benefit of it over previous versions is that it's xboard compatible so you
can run other engines.

A quick google search brought this up, so it appears to already be out.

This is probably your best bet for a commercial engine for Mac. All depends on
what your want though, I wouldnt give up xboard + crafty ;)
