It would be strange if there is not even one female who reads this site.  Of the
three Artificial Intelligence lecturers under whom I studied at University, two
were women, including one who supervised my chess programming project.  Also the
author of one of the most useful books I had when I started writing chess
programs was written by Elaine Rich (Artificial Intelligence. McGraw-Hill
(1983)) who I assume is female.  How many members are then in the CCC?
