Just emailed them to you.  it's c++.  in inline.h you will need to fix the
popcount and first/last bit routines and in utility.cpp you'll need to replace
GetTickCount() in the function Now().  make sure what you return equates to
1/1000's of a sec.  thats all i can think of thats win specific.  good luck, i'd
appreciate the Linux and OS x binaries.
