WRONG! This has not been true for several years, since CM started supporting
Winboard. Both engines got 50% of the CPU, which I verified several times during
the match (although I already knew it was true).

Yes, it is probably always best to have this setup. However, logistically it is
probably the worst setup because of the immense amount of human time that is
necessary to complete even the shortest match. If I had had to make the moves
for both computers for this statistically insignificant match, it would have
taken me about 15 hours.
