Subject: chessdatabase group (OT?)

Who are they?  First I get an email from "chessdatabase moderator" subject
"Invitation to join the chessdatabase group".  sounds interesting so I click the
join button on the email.  that takes me to Yahoo! groups where i click another
join.  a short while ago i get an email from "Yahoo! Groups Notification"
subject "Request to join chessdatabase denied".

Fine if they want to deny my request but a bit tacky after i made the request on
their invitation.
