I hope that people can usually say about programs without free source code that it is unlikely that they are crafty-clone and be right(but maybe I am too optimistic) but the case of List is different. After it was taken out of a tournament because of some evidence that it was crafty clone the programmer needs to prove that it is not a crafty clone(otherwise I cannot say that it is unlikely that list is a crafty clone).
