No need either to buy it or walk. The pub is a short boat ride down the river. You forget to mention the pigs. There's three of them, named after famous people in computer chess, Bob, Bruce and Ed. They will all be killed and turned into sausages, salamis and hams later this year. Also smoked to become bacon. Oink-oink.
