1. I do not know, but it works fine under WIN95 ...
Just try it, I can imagine it works also under Win 98 ...
2. You can find it at:
ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/TB
Go to the bottom and you will find the following files:
tbexe.zip -> Win - executable
tbgen.zip -> Source code and instructions how to make a chessprog. to work
with the TB ...
