I do not say Michael de la Maza would not have sued me anyway, some types are
like that, but you encouraged him. then when i have emailed you you have removed
the posting. You replaced that posting, around 20-21 december 1999 (i'm 6 hours
ahead of new york time) by something vague then still not clearly trying to
avoid a courtcase though.
I can still find the court documents where if i remember well he used your
posting also indirectly for the judge.
That's why you emailed me after i had shipped you emails to protest against your
posting and explaining the situation. Read your own words.

No problem. You were right (of course) that my remark was uncalled for.
BTW, the same guy came to me and asked me to do the job for him [using
public sources]. I'm glad I avoided the mess. I hope you get the whole
thing ironed out soon.
